This website is operated by Inna Yarmak ("the Seller", "we", "us"), an independent content creator based in the Netherlands, trading under the name PRO CREATOR. By using this website and purchasing products here, you enter into an agreement with Inna Yarmak.

By continuing to use this website or by purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement, or that you have the authority to bind the organisation you represent.

PRO CREATOR offers creative services (UGC videos, animation, AI-generated video, product visuals) and digital products, including the downloadable PDF guide "Create Your First AI Video in 15 Minutes" in English and Dutch. Digital products are delivered as a download link immediately after successful payment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required.

When you buy a digital guide, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share or otherwise distribute the guide or your download link, in whole or in part.

You must not misuse this website or our products. In particular, you must not:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
• infringe intellectual property rights of the Seller or third parties;
• interfere with the security of the website, including introducing malware, probing, scanning or scraping it;
• attempt to bypass payment or download protection, or access files you have not paid for;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the website or its content.

The website and all its content — videos, photographs, texts, design, branding and the digital guides — are owned by Inna Yarmak and protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Some portfolio works and guides involve AI-generated content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for creative and educational purposes only. They are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use any techniques or outputs, for verifying their accuracy, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide as input to AI tools.

We do our best to keep the website and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or restrict access to the website or to a purchase in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of our policies.

The website and digital products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website and to purchases made after its publication.
