The data controller for this website is Inna Yarmak, an independent content creator based in the Netherlands, trading as PRO CREATOR. You can reach us at inna@pro100creator.space.

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact form data — your name, email address and message. Purpose: to answer your inquiry and discuss possible collaboration. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
• Usage and technical data — such as your IP address, device and browser information and pages visited. Purpose: keeping the website secure, preventing fraud and improving the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and well-functioning website.

Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, when you make a purchase. We do not see or store your full card details.

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

• Service providers that host and operate this website, store form submissions and deliver emails (hosting, database and email delivery providers);
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing;
• Professional advisers (such as accountants or legal advisers) where needed;
• Authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

Some of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: contact inquiries are kept for up to 24 months, and order-related records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and storing form submissions in a secured database that is not publicly readable.

This website uses only essential cookies and storage required for the website and checkout to function (for example, to remember your download after a purchase). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
